More than 100 young people with SEND attended Slough’s second annual SEND Careers Fair, meeting employers, building confidence, and exploring inclusive pathways into work through workshops, mock interviews, and inspiring talks.
From high-octane sports sessions to hands-on kitchen takeovers, Big Up Britwell 2 brought together over a hundred young people for a day defined by energy and influence. Entirely co-produced by young volunteers, the event showcased the power of local youth voices in shaping health, sport, and community life.
